No experience needed, just bring yourself and something comfortable to lie on, and you’ll be guided from there. MONTHLY CLASSES bookable below.

Sound healing can help bring your whole body and mind into harmony as well as releasing emotional stress to create a platform from which you can heal yourself. Our bodies are wise, they’re designed to self heal, we just don’t provide and environment for them to do that.
Sound healing is a type of meditation where we can gain clarity on our thoughts, feelings and stories in stillness and sound. Frequencies, vibrations and harmonies all helping to move the stress through the body and release.
