Bookings, refunds & cancellation policy
By booking a class, event or workshop you are agreeing to all the below policies.
Classes START at the advertised time.
Upon booking a session you are agreeing to attend that session. All attendees are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before the session is due to start, as once the start time passes, entry may not be possible. By booking, you are agreeing to arrive before the session is due to start so we can begin on time. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry. If the venue is new to you, or you are not sure where you’re going, leave extra time in your journey or check out the route beforehand.
Please note there is a no refunds policy in place on all my classes. However I know life can happen! So below you will find the policies in place for the various events and classes I offer.
All sessions must be paid for more than 48 hours before you are due to attend, otherwise your booking will be cancelled automatically.
Workshops & one-off events
There is a no refund cancellation policy in place for these events. If a space can be back-filled by a waitlist then a credit will be added to your account to use against another same-price workshop or event. If the space cannot be back-filled, there will be no credit added.
Private bookings
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your private session starting you are entitled to transfer your booking to another suitable date.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice your booking cannot be transferred and no refund will be given.
Monthly Sound Baths
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the class starting you are entitled to a class credit on your account, or your booking moved to a different date.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be awarded a class credit if the space is backfilled.
