Media outlets spoon feed our news. AI spoon feeds our brains. Medicines soothe over our body’s communication systems. We end up numbed out mentally, physically and emotionally, and then we wonder what on earth’s gone wrong? At those points, when our nervous system doesn’t feel safe, we reach for more to solve our problems, rather than looking inside and building structure from the inside out.
